Job Summary
Senior executive responsibility for the Texas industrial storage portfolio, driving growth strategy, operational excellence, and financial performance across the region; leads business development, asset management, and operations to expand market presence, maximize value, and ensure best-in-class service delivery; focuses on P&L ownership, budgeting, capital expenditures, acquisitions and partnerships, client/partner negotiations, and development of high-performing regional teams; requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and impactful stakeholder management in the Texas market.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of leadership experience in industrial storage, logistics, warehousing, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and delivering strong financial results.
- Deep understanding of the Texas industrial and logistics market.
