Job Summary
VP of HR at AerSale leads the company’s global human capital strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, organizational development, compliance, training, workforce planning, and HR operations. This executive role partners with the Compensation Committee of the Board to support executive compensation, equity plan administration, and regulatory disclosures, while aligning people strategy with FAA-regulated aviation requirements. Responsibilities include recruiting leadership teams, overseeing payroll and HRIS, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing HR policies, driving diversity and inclusion initiatives, leading organizational change, analyzing HR metrics, and supporting M&A diligence and integration. Travel is expected to be 25–35% to operating locations and industry events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 15+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
- experience in regulated aviation/aerospace or similar industries preferred
- strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance
- ability to partner with executive leadership and Boards on compensation and governance
- professional HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred
