Job Summary
Build and lead the marketing engine for a confidential PE-backed residential services platform. Own a multi-brand growth strategy across local markets, driving measurable outcomes such as qualified leads, booked appointments, CAC, CPL, and ROI. Hands-on responsibility to improve paid search, paid social, SEO and local SEO, emails, and conversion, while auditing agencies, martech, CRM, and attribution. Develop a unified marketing playbook and executive reporting across brands and markets, partnering with sales, operations, finance, customer experience, and branch leaders. Build and lead the marketing team over time, with a focus on platform-level growth without sacrificing the local reputation that makes each brand valuable. Expected to establish a clear baseline by brand and market, ensure reliable dashboards, enhance landing pages and appointment conversion, and drive smarter growth decisions through data, capacity, and seasonality insights.
