Job Summary
Senior-level VP of Global Sales for an EU-focused, remote role leading a small but growing sales team and overseeing distributors across the EU and Asia. Responsibilities include driving volume growth through exclusivity of branded ingredients, building and executing a go-to-market strategy, managing distribution partners in France and Belgium, nurturing relationships with major B2B accounts, preparing sales budgets and marketing plans, representing the company at key trade shows (e.g., CPHI, Vitafoods, FI) with US marketing support, and serving as the European market lead with hands-on sales execution. Requires a minimum of 10 years in B2B sales within food supplements/nutraceuticals, experience leading sales teams, strong network in European nutraceuticals, financial acumen, and business development skills. Travel ~20%. Business fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- A minimum of 10 years of successful commercial B2B sales experience in food supplements or nutraceutical industries
- Experience managing distribution partners/sales teams
- Established and active professional network within the European nutraceuticals and food supplements sectors
- Strong financial acumen with proficiency in profit and margin analysis
- Proven background in sales leadership and strategic business development
- Business fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
