Job Summary
Lead the monthly close process, prepare executive reporting packages, and present variance analyses to support leadership decision-making. Own the annual budget process, develop rolling forecasts, and perform scenario planning to enable strategic decisions. Oversee daily cash management, liquidity needs, and working capital metrics while maintaining strong internal controls and audit compliance. Build financial models to evaluate pricing, investments, and expansion opportunities, partnering with Sales and Operations to drive profitability. Provide proactive financial recommendations that align with organizational goals and translate data into actionable business insights for the President and executive team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
- Strong experience in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, cash management, and financial reporting
- Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and financial analysis functions in a growing organization
- Knowledge of internal controls, financial governance, budgeting processes, and audit support
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting financial information to executives, boards, and business leaders
- Demonstrated ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
Desired Qualifications
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or another advanced credential preferred
- Healthcare, medical services, DME, or multi-location operations experience preferred
