Job Summary
VP of Finance to lead accounting, financial planning and analysis, cost control, and working capital management. Responsibilities include overseeing monthly close, aligning financial statements with US GAAP, developing standard costs, monitoring WIP and open work orders, leading annual business planning and monthly P&L forecasts, evaluating capital expenditure and ROI, conducting pricing analyses, optimizing terms with Sales and Marketing, strengthening internal controls and SOX compliance, and developing the finance team. Paid relocation to Santa Ana, CA. Requires strong leadership, communication, and ability to partner with senior management across functions; must support financial reporting, audits, and strategic financial initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
