Job Summary
Oversee all financial operations for a cross-border organization, leading a Finance team based in the U.S. and Mexico. Responsibilities include general accounting, financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, tax compliance, payroll, and benefits administration; develop budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling; manage cross-border compliance and risk; drive process improvements; collaborate with external accounting firms and legal advisors. Requires MBA or Master’s in Finance/Accounting, 10+ years of finance experience, U.S. GAAP and Mexican standards knowledge, proficiency with NetSuite/QuickBooks/MS Office, and travel to Mexico.
Required Qualifications
- MBA required; Master's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting
- cross-border financial operations experience
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and Mexican accounting standards
- Experience with financial systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to travel to Mexico regularly
