Job Summary
VP of Finance responsible for leading accounting, FP&A, cost controls, asset management, and business decision support; collaborates with leadership to drive financial performance, supervise monthly close, ensure US GAAP compliance, establish standard costs with operations, lead annual business planning and monthly P&L forecasts, analyze ROI and capital expenditures, optimize customer terms and supplier terms, drive internal controls and SOX compliance, and develop staff. Requires strategic finance leadership in a manufacturing environment, CPA or MBA preferred, and strong communication, leadership, and ERP/Excel skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
- minimum 7 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance
- CPA or MBA preferred
- mandatory experience in a manufacturing company
- proficiency in Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Accounting, and Cost Accounting
- leadership capability and people management
- strong communication skills at all organizational levels
- advanced Excel skills
- ERP system experience preferred
