Job Summary
VP of Finance responsible for strategic financial leadership, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting; oversee accounting operations, compliance, and the development of scalable financial systems and dashboards. Lead automation initiatives and AI-enabled efficiencies, drive performance across e-commerce channels, and mentor a 10–15 person team while partnering with operations, technology, and digital teams to align financial strategy with business goals.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- Minimum 5 years of senior finance leadership experience
- Experience supporting organizations in the $10M–$50M revenue range
- Strong expertise in financial planning, modeling, controls, and reporting
- Demonstrated success building financial infrastructure and scalable processes
- Experience leading and developing teams of 5–15+ employees
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with financial systems, business intelligence tools, and technology platforms
