Job Summary
VP of Finance to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, leading the finance function (FP&A, accounting, strategic finance) in a fully remote role open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US. Responsibilities include translating the CEO's vision into actionable financial and operating models, leading strategic planning, scenario analysis, and investment evaluation; shaping pricing strategy and monetization with Product/GTM; supporting fundraising and investor communications; owning end-to-end finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, GAAP compliance, and internal controls; managing financial systems (NetSuite) and SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, gross margin, cash flow, LTV/CAC); building and mentoring a high-performing finance team; and communicating insights to executives and the board. Requirements include 12+ years in finance/FP&A/Accounting, prior VP Finance or equivalent experience, strong business partnering, Excel proficiency, experience with NetSuite, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred). Compensation range: $248,000 - $310,000 with comprehensive benefits.
