Job Summary
Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with long-term business goals and private equity sponsor objectives. Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, GAAP-compliant reporting, treasury, and risk mitigation for a 9M revenue organization. Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and Board, leading the annual budgeting process, managing debt covenants, and evaluating M&A opportunities and exit strategies. Build sophisticated financial models to assess product launches and capital investments while driving cost efficiency and margin analysis. Lead the audit process, enforce internal controls, and optimize ERP systems to ensure scalability and data accuracy. Collaborate closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders to drive sustained growth and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance experience
- At least 3 years in a leadership role within a private equity-backed or high-growth environment
- Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders
- Deep understanding of GAAP and financial regulatory requirements
- Highly collaborative mindset
- Proactive problem-solving approach
