Job Summary
VP of Finance to lead and oversee daily and long-term financial management, including cash forecasting, monthly close, financial reporting, A/R/A/P processes, tax coordination, and contract/pricing reviews. Will partner with staff accountants, ensure internal controls, and support audits in a fast-paced growth environment. Requires hands-on leadership, strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with experience in cash management, budgeting, working capital, external tax coordination, contract review, and pricing oversight. Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems; ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 7–10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, and working capital management.
- Experience coordinating with external tax advisors and auditors.
- Experience managing accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Experience reviewing contracts and evaluating pricing structures.
