Job Summary
Conduct clinic work three days weekly and manage administrative duties two days while leading internal and family medicine operations. Maintain Florida medical license and DEA certification, ensure BLS/ACLS/PALS compliance, and secure local hospital admission privileges. Drive outcomes through systems thinking, process improvement, and collaborative leadership with polished executive presence. Prioritize multi-tasking demands and HEDIS measure optimization. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO Degree
- Current M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school
- Current FL license
- DEA
- BLS, ACLS, or PALS certification
- Current local hospital admission privileges
- Strong background in Internal or Family Medicine
- 5+ years' experience successfully working with HEDIS measures
- Executive presence that is polished in both personal appearance and interactions
- Ability to lead, influence, and work collaboratively with others
- Leadership courage & humility to drive outcomes that are best for the organization
- Systems' thinking and process improvement mindset
- Ability to multi-task and and prioritize tasks, projects, and demands
