Job Summary
Lead architectural strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving innovation. Oversee technology evaluations, architecture roadmaps, budgets, and team development. Foster innovation and continuous improvement in the architecture practice, driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure the architecture supports business priorities and enhances operational efficiency. Provide technical direction and mentorship to architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams. Develop and maintain architecture metrics to measure the success of technology initiatives. This role requires TOGAF certification, a bachelor's degree, and 5-10 years of experience leading teams in enterprise architecture.
Required Qualifications
- TOGAF Certification
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Technology, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience leading a team in the Enterprise Architecture space
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and collaborating across functions
- Proven expertise in developing and maintaining architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and overseeing architectural strategy
- Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and their alignment with business objectives
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
