Job Summary
Senior engineering leader responsible for building and scaling a high-performing SaaS engineering organization. Owns accountability, engineering discipline, and delivery execution; develops managers, team leads, and individual contributors; establishes ownership-driven culture; drives velocity, release quality, and predictability; implements scalable Agile processes; guides architecture, reliability, and long-term platform health; partners with Product, Operations, and Leadership to align technology with business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading engineering organizations within a SaaS environment
- Proven success scaling engineering teams
- Strong technical foundation in C#/.NET with prior hands-on development experience
- Experience building engineering structure, process, and accountability
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint management, and software delivery
- Experience managing engineering managers, technical leads, and developers
- Demonstrated success improving engineering performance and delivery outcomes
- Strong operational leadership skills with experience building scalable organizations
- Ability to make difficult decisions, hold teams accountable, and drive execution
