Job Summary
The VP of Engineering will lead Neon's engineering team, ensuring execution and high-quality product delivery at startup speeds. Responsibilities include owning engineering execution, building and mentoring exceptional teams, developing processes to balance speed with quality, guiding technical architecture for scalability, and enabling the CTO to focus on strategic company needs. Candidates should possess experience in engineering leadership within high-growth startups, with skills in managing and scaling teams, as well as familiarity with enterprise SaaS or AI platforms. Proficiency in cloud platforms, development frameworks, and collaboration tools is required.
