Job Summary
Own and defend the technical vision and roadmap across logistics, fintech, inventory, and customer-facing platforms. Architect scalable, modular, cloud-based infrastructure for hardware-software integration and real-time inventory management. Lead the design of systems integrating hardware and software to support real-time logistics and operational management. Be a data infrastructure leader, integrating with business systems of record like NetSuite and Hubspot while scaling custom data solutions. Set and enforce engineering standards across code quality, architectural guidelines, security, and reliability. Partner directly with the CEO and Senior Director of Product to align technical execution with product strategy. Bridge business needs and engineering reality with non-technical stakeholders clearly and directly. Apply AI/ML tooling with intention to enhance platform capabilities while maintaining resilience and scalability. Build, mentor, and scale the engineering team with a focus on culture, craft, and ownership.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years leading engineering teams at scale
- Series B or growth-stage experience
- Deep expertise in complex software architecture
- Expertise in modular architecture

- Bachelor's in CS or Engineering
