VP of Engineering

Oversee the entire engineering organization, including Frontend, Backend, iOS, Android, Data, and Infrastructure teams, by defining organizational structure, roles, and reporting lines. Establish and execute medium-to-long-term technical strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals, collaborating directly with the CEO and CPO to define product direction. Lead the integration of AI/ML technologies into products and internal processes, driving the organization toward an AI-native state while creating technical synergy between B2B and B2C teams. Design and improve system architecture to handle large-scale traffic and ensure financial service stability, managing hybrid on-premise and cloud operations. Resolve technical debt through legacy modernization and microservices transitions, while building quality systems via code reviews, automated testing, and deployment process optimization. Set and monitor engineering KPIs, manage budgets for tools and infrastructure, and cultivate a technical sharing culture.
