Job Summary
VP of E-Commerce who will own and lead the company’s entire online business, drive significant revenue growth across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, DTC websites, and additional channels, oversee marketplace operations and website strategy, spearhead performance marketing and customer acquisition, optimize website UX and merchandising, establish KPIs and dashboards, and build/lead a high-performing e-commerce team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of scaling an established consumer brand through significant e-commerce growth
- Deep expertise in Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central
- Strong experience with Walmart Marketplace and other major online marketplaces
- Hands-on experience leading direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce operations
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition, and digital advertising
- Experience building and managing high-performing e-commerce teams
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
- Strong analytical, operational, and leadership skills
