Job Summary
Lead Capstone's national direct sales organization for PebbleGo and print publishing, develop and execute sales strategy across U.S. schools and libraries, drive revenue growth, oversee KPI-driven performance, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content to align go-to-market initiatives. Build and develop a high-performing sales team focused on customer success and revenue, balance long-term market development with near-term sales execution, and maintain a cohesive culture spanning publishing solutions and EdTech. Requires leadership of a cross-functional sales function, data-driven decision-making, CRM and analytics proficiency, and willingness to travel 15-20% (hybrid role based out of Eden Prairie, MN).
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading direct sales teams in K-12 education market preferred
- Experience selling both print materials and SaaS/digital learning solutions
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- CRM and sales analytics experience preferred
- Travel experience or willingness to travel 15-20%
