VP of Digital Experience

Senior digital growth leader to architect and scale the agency's digital ecosystem across CMS, analytics, CRM, automation, and emerging AI frameworks. Drive digital strategy, MarTech integration, operational efficiency, and commercial performance; own structured experimentation and attribution integrity; ensure scalability and maintainability of digital builds. Directly manage in-house developers and oversee external technical partners; establish standards, documentation rigor, and governance; recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing technical talent. Partner with senior leadership to define and execute a forward-looking digital roadmap; lead digital strategy in new business pitches and growth opportunities; improve contribution margin through better scope discipline and workflow efficiency. Act as a senior digital advisor to clients, articulating data strategy, AI innovation, and governance; champion responsible AI usage and scalable frameworks. Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
