Job Summary
Define and maintain a portfolio of market-aligned solutions with clear scope, outcomes, and success metrics to support repeatable delivery and scalable growth. Own solution-level delivery performance, including quality, consistency, and client outcomes across engagements ranging from six-figure pilots to multi-million-dollar programs. Establish governance and standards that enable solutions to perform reliably at scale while aligning capabilities across practices into cohesive offerings. Serve as the senior escalation point for delivery challenges and tradeoffs, enabling Sales through clear narratives that are easy to scope, price, and sell. Refine solutions continuously using delivery insights, client feedback, and performance data. Work onsite two days a week from the Main Digital HQ in Tysons Corner.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- U.S. Citizenship
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital delivery, or professional services leadership
- Proven experience defining, owning, and scaling repeatable consulting solutions or offerings
- Demonstrated accountability for delivery outcomes, financial performance, and client success
- Experience supporting engagements ranging from six-figure pilots to multi-million-dollar programs
- Ability to lead through influence across practices, disciplines, and senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of modern digital ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, Pega, automation, data & AI platforms) without being platform-specific
- Comfort operating across strategy, execution, and enablement
