Job Summary
Lead the Residential Services Program by supervising three Program Directors across 20 group residences and ensuring exceptional care for over 35 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Drive operational excellence through strategic initiatives, CARF and HIPAA compliance, and rigorous program evaluation while managing program budgets and financial sustainability. Build high-performing teams by recruiting, mentoring, and coaching emerging leaders to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team, Board members, and community partners to advance organizational goals. Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 4:30PM.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, social work, education, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience at the director level or higher, preferably in a community-based human services organization
- Experience with: Financial oversight and budgeting
- Experience with: Program implementation and evaluation
- Experience with: Serving individuals with disabilities
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of senior management experience in organizations with budgets of $5M+
- Demonstrated expertise in: Leadership and personnel management
- Demonstrated expertise in: Conflict resolution and project management
- Demonstrated expertise in: Business planning and staff development
- Experience managing multiple sites across geographically dispersed locations
