VP of Channel Sales

Job Summary
Lead multi-channel sales across National Accounts, Inside Sales, Bid & Proposal, and the Indoor Play business unit; develop a 3–5 year market-penetration roadmap; build scalable sales processes, KPI frameworks, and leadership layers; own channel revenue targets and forecasting for a $500M opportunity; manage 16 Inside Sales Reps and a 4-person Bid & Proposal team; collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Design, Finance, and Customer Care; drive cross-functional initiatives and CRM-driven performance management; willing to travel up to 50% locally and domestically; Austin-based with North American HQ and travel to Austin configuration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
- experience managing multi-team, multi-channel revenue organizations
- proven success scaling teams of 20+ reps across at least 2–3 different sales motions
- experience selling into large strategic accounts and multi-site organizations
- demonstrated ability to build new business units, create scalable processes, and drive rapid growth
- strong analytical skills with expertise in CRM platforms, forecasting models, and pipeline discipline
- exceptional leadership, change management, and strategic communication skills
