VP of Business Strategy & Analytics

VP of Business Strategy & Analytics will lead the organization’s enterprise-wide data, analytics, and strategic insights functions. This executive role is responsible for building and scaling best-in-class business intelligence, analytics, CRM, and data strategy capabilities to drive smarter decision-making, revenue growth, fan engagement and operational excellence. Oversees a team spanning data analytics, CRM and business solutions and partners with senior leadership across finance, accounting, ticket sales & service, corporate partnerships, and marketing. Key duties include developing vision and objectives for the strategy and analytics team; leading advanced predictive models to increase revenue through predictive buying, cross-sell/upsell and renewal forecasting; analyzing marketing investments and ROIs across channels; identifying opportunities for new reporting methodologies; translating data into actionable consumer stories and strategic recommendations; maintaining confidentiality; and performing other duties as assigned. The role requires deep experience in BI/analytics, CRM and data tools, and a track record of building and scaling analytics teams, with ability to work non-traditional hours.
