VP of Business Development - Private Shares

VP of Business Development leading private market growth for Fidelity Private Shares by sourcing, cultivating, and converting early-stage companies into clients. Build founder pipelines, engage with centers of influence (VCs, law firms, accelerators, incubators), and activate partnerships into tangible sales opportunities. Lead local ecosystem engagement, host and participate in high-impact events, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to translate market insights into actionable strategies. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years in BD/ partnerships or sales within ecosystem-building, with strong networking, presentation, and communication skills and a track record of building new markets and converting relationships into revenue; experience with SaaS and venture/startup ecosystems preferred; travel ~25%.
