Job Summary
VP of Business Development for M&A role in a fast-growing 12B+ AUM RIA. Works directly with the Managing Director to drive firmwide growth initiatives including sourcing, evaluating, and executing acquisitions, and to lead advisor recruiting and talent initiatives. Plays a key role across operations, policy development, and special projects in a high-visibility environment with compensation tied to production. Required experience within an RIA or adjacent platform and strong Excel capabilities. Responsibilities include leading M&A activities, supporting growth initiatives, and contributing to strategic projects with broad ownership and impact.
