Responsible for strategic hunter activities to win national and regional facility-management contracts, orchestrating integrated solution selling, end-to-end RFP leadership, C-suite relationship development, and disciplined pipeline/forecasting. Emphasizes value of consolidated self-perform services to reduce client vendor complexity, with focus on long sales cycles, high-value bids, and cross-sell across sites and geographies. Role centers on building an enterprise sales engine for a platform with self-perform capabilities, targeting $10M-$30M+ in net-new revenue and margin-protective deal structuring. Industry engagement with associations (IFMA, BOMA) to scale brand and pipeline; ideal candidate has a proven track record closing sophisticated, multi-site contracts and navigating enterprise procurement at Tier-1 accounts. Location: Columbus, OH area with on-site responsibilities.
