Job Summary
Leading a healthcare-focused business development effort as VP of Business Development (Healthcare Strategic Partnerships) to drive new business, manage relationships with health plans, managed care organizations, and third-party administrators, and deliver value through recovery solutions. Owns the full sales process from prospecting and presentations to negotiations and closing; develops long-term partnerships, collaborates with internal teams for onboarding and client satisfaction, achieves sales targets, attends conferences to expand industry presence, and monitors market conditions and competitors.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in the Accounts Receivable Management (ARM), or Health Payor industry healthcare sales, insurance, or revenue cycle management
- Strong understanding of health payor operations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Ability to learn quickly and articulate complex solutions clearly
- Strong network of industry contacts is highly desirable
- Must be able to travel 30% of the time
