Job Summary
VP of Brand Marketing to shape and scale GameChanger’s brand, owning upper-funnel strategy, brand positioning, voice, and creative systems. Lider upper-funnel brand growth, develop a social-first publisher approach, oversee influencer and creator marketing, and lead Integrated Marketing, Social, Content, and Creative teams to drive measurable audience growth, engagement, and share of voice. Collaborate with Product, Growth, Communications, and Sales to ensure brand storytelling supports long-term adoption and value. Remote-first company with NYC base; requires senior leadership experience, a strong track record in brand-building across channels, and passion for youth sports.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of brand marketing experience
- experience leading Creative Services, Social Media, Influencer, and Integrated Marketing teams
- deep experience building consumer-facing brands at scale
- experience defining and scaling brand voice, creative systems, and storytelling frameworks
- comfortable operating with a publisher mindset and across modern platforms
- experience managing senior leaders and versatile teams
- passion for youth sports and communities surrounding them
