Job Summary
Lead development and execution of Cozy Earth's brand strategy across retail, wholesale, and digital channels. Drive integrated campaigns for product launches and category growth. Collaborate with product, creative, marketing, and leadership; mentor and build a high-performing brand marketing team. Monitor brand performance and insights to inform strategy. Maintain cohesive brand identity across channels and partnerships. Welcome opportunities to shape market presence through partnerships, events, and influencer activities; leverage consumer insights and market trends to guide decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, with experience in a senior leadership role
- Experience developing and growing consumer brands within a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign development, and multi-channel marketing
- Experience working across retail, wholesale, and digital business channels
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate effectively across departments
- Strong understanding of the lifestyle, apparel, home, or premium consumer space
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, collaborative approach
