VP of Asset Investment Management

Update Asset Management Fee Schedules, develop asset-specific business plans, and oversee financial performance, operating results, occupancy, leasing trends, reserve adequacy, capital expenditures, debt compliance, and overall portfolio health. Establish policies, operating standards, and performance metrics while serving as a strategic advisor to the General Partner on portfolio investment strategy and long-term value creation. Manage property operations oversight, ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations including LIHTC, HUD, HOME, and Bond requirements, and lead capital events such as refinancings, debt restructurings, and dispositions. Develop and oversee an enterprise risk management framework, direct the corporate insurance program, and lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing asset management function.
