VP of Architecture for Open Finance lead architecture end-to-end across Open Finance platforms, ensuring systems are scalable, resilient, secure, and adaptable across markets. Define and drive the long-term architectural vision, translate it into executable direction, and lead a distributed team of senior architects across regions. Make and defend high-stakes trade-offs across engineering, product, and business priorities; modernize platforms, reduce complexity, and prepare for future scale. Drive alignment through clear standards, strong communication, and decisive leadership; proactively manage stakeholder expectations across engineering, product, and leadership. Communicate effectively from deep technical design to executive direction and ensure architectures are delivered, deployed, and operated successfully. Core requirements include experience designing highly available, distributed systems across multiple regions with data residency considerations; ability to lead complex platform migrations and drive architectural change while balancing security, reliability, and compliance. Desirable experience in regulated financial or data-intensive platforms and multi-region operations. Corporate security responsibilities and expectations are part of the role.
