Job Summary
Lead IdeaTek's finance function as VP of Accounting & Finance: own GAAP-compliant financial reporting, internal controls, and treasury; partner with strategy and executive team to translate financial metrics into growth and risk mitigation; mentor and scale the accounting/finance teams; drive CapEx and grant tracking for fiber infrastructure, manage budgeting/forecasting, and ensure disciplined capital management and compliance with debt covenants. Requires a strategic, hands-on leader with experience in capital-intensive infrastructure, strong financial modeling, ERP proficiency, and CPA credential preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive financial management and accounting experience, with 3+ years in a director-level or VP-level capacity
- Deep expertise in US GAAP, advanced corporate financial modeling, and experience scaling enterprise accounting software (ERP systems)
- Active CPA license highly preferred
- Experience in capital-intensive industries such as Telecommunications, Broadband Infrastructure, Utilities, or Heavy Construction
- Public funding grant allocations management and rigorous reporting/compliance standards
- Capital financing exposure to equity structures or debt/credit facilities
