Job Summary

Lead a sales team introducing Broadridge's front-to-back Wealth Management solutions to the North American market, managing a centralized database of target accounts and implementing processes to maintain accountability. Drive new recurring revenue and logo acquisition by developing opportunities with national, regional, and independent wealth managers, broker-dealers, and private banks. Prepare whitespace analysis, integrate marketing activities into the sales motion, and participate in client meetings to coach the team on delivering tailored pitches. Build a premier sales force through recruitment, training, and performance management while helping craft quotas. Engage with senior-level executives at prospective clients and attend industry conferences to strengthen relationships and promote solutions. Work closely with product leadership to ensure market feedback informs roadmap priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of front‐, middle‐, and back‐office operations within Wealth Management firms, broker‐dealers, and private banks
  • Strong connectivity across the Wealth Management ecosystem, including custodians, clearing firms, consultants, and technology partners
  • Established relationships with C‐suite and senior executives across the Wealth Management industry
  • Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience selling technology or enterprise solutions into Wealth Management organizations
  • Experience with Software‐as‐a‐Service and/or enterprise platform sales
  • Strong closing and contract‐negotiation skills
  • Detailed knowledge of Wealth Management solutions including books & records, tax reporting, corporate actions, securities lending, cash management, advisor compensation, fee/expense management, data management, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Consultative sales approach with strong problem‐solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Demonstrated success managing product and segment sales teams to quota
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to operate in a dynamic, high‐pressure environment
