VP, Network SRE & Service Management Lead

Job Summary
Lead network governance, operational standards, and controls across the APAC region, managing the network asset lifecycle, maintenance contracts, and vendor performance. Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and security governance requirements while driving service reliability, availability, and continuous operational improvement. Establish service reliability metrics, including SLIs, SLOs, monitoring, and service health dashboards. Lead automation, problem management, RCA, and vulnerability management initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce risk. Act as the primary APAC lead for stakeholder engagement and executive reporting, collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Security, and business teams to drive strategic service improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure, Network Operations, Service Management, or related technology functions.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing regional or global teams.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking technologies, including LAN, WAN, Data Center, Cloud Connectivity, SD-WAN, and Network Security.
- Proven experience in service governance, operational management, vendor management, and technology lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of ITSM, incident/problem/change management, observability, monitoring, and automation.
- Experience supporting audit, compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements within large organizations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within the banking or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with ITIL, and operational governance frameworks.
- Experience with network monitoring and observability platforms.
- Knowledge of automation technologies and scripting tools.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, ITIL, CISSP, or equivalent.
