Job Summary
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategy to drive subscriber growth, revenue expansion, and market penetration while applying exponential-growth principles to scale beyond traditional models. Own pricing and packaging for residential and business products, balance competitiveness with margins, and lead data-driven responses to competitive activity. Design and execute pre-sale campaigns for new fiber and Air Fiber markets, including grant-funded areas, and recommend footprint expansion using market research and analytics. Supervise and coach the sales team to deliver measurable subscriber and revenue results, maintain disciplined forecasting, and strengthen enablement playbooks. Partner across departments to align market launches and lead community outreach initiatives. Champion AI and modern tools across workflows, manage digital channels, and ensure all efforts reinforce the company's commitment to hometown service and reliable connectivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10–15+ years' experience leading sales and marketing in a subscription, service, or high-growth industry, with strong P&L management
- Strong sales-management and leadership experience
- A strong strategic sales focus and a demonstrated track record of sales results and sales leadership
- Experience in office productivity software (email, calendar, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, etc.)
- Hold and maintain a valid driver's license; driving record must meet the criteria of the company's insurance carrier for acceptance of coverage
- A capacity to learn the competitive landscape for SMB and residential broadband and our carrier and wholesale fiber products
Desired Qualifications
- Master's or MBA a plus
- Broadband, telecom, or networking experience
- Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
- Existing broadband market knowledge
- Familiarity with SMB and residential broadband markets, carrier and wholesale fiber products
