Job Summary
The VP, Marketing & Sales Operations at IMPACT Group will lead the development and implementation of marketing initiatives, focusing on the use of contemporary marketing concepts and technology to position the company competitively. This role requires strategic direction, leadership of the marketing team, and a strong analytical ability to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing Communications or Journalism
- Seven to ten years of progressive business experience in marketing (digital and traditional), communications or media relations
- Three to five years of supervisory experience
- Advanced proficiency in understanding how Marketing Automation, Customer Relationship software and other platforms work together to achieve marketing goals
- Proficient in Google Analytics, CRM Reporting, Marketing Automation, Salesforce, Outlook, Teams, MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
