Job Summary
Architect and execute an integrated marketing and sales enablement strategy for the Arrowhead division that aligns with divisional and enterprise goals, driving stakeholder engagement, organic growth, and retention. Lead the launch and evolution of the divisional brand, develop go-to-market plans, product launches, customer events, and content marketing to amplify brand presence and support revenue objectives. Serve as the primary architect of divisional marketing priorities, translating business needs into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Manage the divisional marketing budget, define and report KPIs and marketing ROI, and ensure resources deliver high impact. Lead sales enablement programs and collaborate with divisional leaders, central marketing, and shared services to maximize impact and drive revenue; participate in regular business reviews to communicate priorities and progress.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a marketing leadership role
- Specialty insurance industry experience is required
- Proven experience launching and scaling divisional brands, leading content and field marketing initiatives, and managing cross-functional teams
- Strong presentation skills, with a passion for outstanding content and measurable performance
- Experience developing Go-to-Market strategies for high-growth businesses
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, measure performance, and drive ROI
- Hands-on leadership style, willing to dive into details and work collaboratively to achieve goals
