Job Summary
Lead marketing efforts across London and regional markets, owning the full marketing strategy including digital, brand, content, and campaigns. Drive cross-channel campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, CRM) with KPIs like CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversions. Build and lead the content marketing engine (blogs, video scripts, landing pages, campaign messaging), shape BJAK's brand voice, and manage creative production with internal teams and external agencies. Analyze data to inform strategic improvements and collaborate with product, design, sales, and data teams to align marketing with business goals. Own the marketing calendar, budget, and ROI-driven decisions; support go-to-market efforts for new products and features. Based in London with remote/hybrid work flexibility. Visibly contribute to high-growth campaigns and regional exposure while maintaining ownership and accountability across marketing initiatives.
