Job Summary
Originate, structure, negotiate, and execute complex, multi-jurisdictional aircraft lease transactions while building and maintaining robust pipelines for new opportunities and aircraft transitioning off lease. Develop targeted regional marketing and sales strategies, oversee day-to-day operations, and design coordinated marketing programs aligned with regional dynamics. Prepare commercial proposals, develop pricing strategies, and track sales performance to provide actionable insights to leadership. Cultivate long-term relationships with key commercial airline clients and lead business development to identify new lessees. Support end-to-end negotiation processes from LOI through deal completion.
