VP Manufacturing is a senior leadership role overseeing manufacturing operations across assigned facilities to ensure safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets. Responsibilities include collaborating with the executive team to develop and implement manufacturing strategies, overseeing plant operations and production planning across locations, driving productivity improvements, waste reduction, and product quality enhancements, standardizing processes and KPIs, partnering with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams, developing long-term capacity and technology investments, building and leading a high-performing team of plant leaders, ensuring regulatory and environmental compliance, managing budgets and capital expenditures, and pursuing opportunities to grow the business and strengthen customer/supplier relationships.
