Job Summary
Develop and maintain the company's investor relations framework while serving as the key point of contact for the investor community. Monitor analyst reports to summarize insights for senior management and organize investor events, including conferences, roadshows, and earnings calls. Prepare financial data and presentations for engagements, lead fund-raising activities for debt, equity, IPO, and Pre-IPO transactions, and manage corporate public image. Conduct competitive analysis to identify engagement opportunities and oversee annual meetings. Act as the primary liaison with stock exchange representatives and external stakeholders such as investment banks and analysts. Provide feedback to management on investor perceptions and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years in investor relations, equity research, financial analysis, or corporate communications
- at least 3 years in a publicly traded company
