Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 7-10 years of bank trust department or institutional custody experience
Desired Qualifications
- Solid investment knowledge with specific proficiency in bond accounting, including interest accruals, amortization of premiums/discounts, pricing verification, and reconciliation of fixed income holdings within custody systems
- Familiarity with core trust accounting systems (FIS Trust Desk or similar platforms)
- Advanced fiduciary discipline
- Advanced communication skills – both written and verbal
