Job Summary
The VP of IT Infrastructure & Operations is responsible for managing IT service levels for internal business operations and customer platforms. This role includes leading a cross-functional team of support and infrastructure engineers, making strategic buy vs build decisions, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing effective enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud computing, risk management, and supplier management, while demonstrating leadership in technology decision-making. Responsibilities encompass mentoring teams, driving cost management, ensuring security compliance, and enabling effective monitoring strategies.
