Job Summary
VP Infrastructure & CISO leading global, hybrid Infrastructure and information security strategy; oversees 160+ locations, cloud topology, IaC, security governance, DR/BC, SOC, IAM, risk management, and AI/automation initiatives; partners with executive leadership to align technology with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Advanced degree (Master’s/MBA) strongly preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role combining both Infrastructure and Information Security oversight
- Experience managing large distributed footprints (e.g., 100+ locations)
- Strong knowledge of NIST, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCIE or equivalent enterprise-level cloud/architecture credentials
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience communicating risk, roadmaps, and business justifications to C-suite/Board
- Change management and large-scale IT transformations
- AI/automation initiatives experience
- Cloud-native ecosystem expertise
- Regulatory/privacy frameworks knowledge (GDPR, EU AI Act)
- Experience with threat management, SOC, IAM, incident response
- Ability to translate technical risk into financial and operational terms
- Leadership and budget management capabilities
- International experience a plus
