Job Summary
Lead HR Operations and Technology for Hasbro's global People function, overseeing HR Transformation, HRIS/HR Technology (including SAP SuccessFactors, ATS, LMS), and People Analytics. Manage a globally distributed team, partner with the CPO and HR leadership to deliver an data-driven, scalable HR service model and technology roadmap, drive system implementations and integrations, establish data governance and privacy standards, and shape enterprise HR transformation programs at scale. Communicate insights and strategy to C-suite and board audiences while ensuring compliance across operating regions. Must have 12+ years of HR experience with 5+ years in senior HR operations/HR technology leadership, strong program management, vendor management, and experience in global, matrixed organizations within consumer, entertainment, or technology sectors, with MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience
- at least 5 years in a senior HR operations or HR technology leadership role
- deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and the broader enterprise HR technology landscape
- hands-on experience leading major HRIS implementations or upgrades
- demonstrated success leading enterprise technology transformation (system migrations, platform consolidations, or HR digital transformation programs)
- strong program/project management capability; delivering large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs on time and on budget
- analytical mindset with track record of building and scaling people analytics functions
- executive presence and communication skills; comfortable presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- experience in global, matrixed organizations; consumer, entertainment, or technology sectors preferred
- MBA or advanced degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
