Job Summary
Executive HR leader responsible for strategic HR operations including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, policy development, compliance, HRIS governance, leadership coaching, and analytics; partners with executive leadership to design long-term workforce plans and succession strategies; oversees daily HR operations, onboarding, promotions, and employee lifecycle processes, and oversees audits, investigations, and risk mitigation activities. Oversees vendor relationships and develops HR dashboards to provide insights on headcount, turnover, recruiting, and engagement; requires senior-level HR experience and strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
