Job Summary
The VP, HOA Regional Account Executive will focus on business development to acquire profitable deposit business in the Homeowners Association industry, targeting community association management companies and related businesses. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships, lead generation through trade events, crafting sales proposals, and collaborating with onboarding teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires 4-8 years of HOA experience, strong sales skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years of HOA industry experience working directly with associations and/or property management companies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs – Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, independent and goal-driven
- Demonstrated and applied professional sales skills, knowledge, and techniques to maximize business opportunities
- Strong knowledge of an array of financial products and services and a good knowledge of market sector served
- Excellent industry contacts
- Demonstrated ability to prospect for new associations
- Ability to organize and prioritize work while working remotely or with a virtual office
