Job Summary
VP, Health Plan Partnerships to grow revenue within existing payer partners by owning post-land expansion strategy, uncovering new use cases, and driving adoption across regions and member populations. Collaborate with clinical, product, implementation, and executive teams to ensure value delivery, translate value into renewal and upsell momentum, and shape expansion across payer organizations. Lead complex internal sales cycles involving security, compliance, contracting, procurement, and clinical governance; coordinate cross-functionally to ensure strong value realization and scalable rollouts; maintain forecasting and expansion pipeline while representing the customer voice in strategy and roadmaps. Must-have: 10-15 years selling into health plans, success expanding enterprise payer accounts, executive credibility, sophisticated contracting/renewal experience, quantified value selling, autonomous and outcomes-driven mindset, willingness to travel.
